Extension Turns

When you are ready to initiate a turn, lower your hips when you plant your Downhill SkiPole and then spring up and do a full extension around the SkiPole, in the direction of the next turn. As you are extending, roll your feet and ankles across the fall-line and finish the turn in good control by lowering your hips. Try to keep your chest facing toward the fall-line.
