First Run

Now we’re ready for the 1st run on your board. This exercise is all about basic balance and on keeping pressure on the leading, front leg. Starting with just one foot in the bindings we make a simple run on a very flat slope coming to a natural stop. We add arm and shoulder movements to initiate a small turn and then we progress to the two foot version
