Fitness for Telemark

Telemark skiing is a very athletic sport and you should be in good condition before starting it. Work on both aerobic activities such as walking and running, bike riding or swimming as well as anaerobic exercises to develop the right muscle groups. You should especially focus on the quadriceps and your core abdominals. It’s also important to work on stretching exercises.
