Fitness Preparation

As with any other sporting activity, you will get the most out of your skiing or boarding holiday if you are properly prepared for it. Good exercises that will help you get into good shape are bicycling, running, fast walking and participation in an exercise program at a gym or dance class. Its best to work on both aerobic and anaerobic training. Of equal importance is flexibility, so I would recommend that you practice stretching exercises.
