High Low Exercise

The “High Low” exercise is a fundamental building block for anybody starting to Telemark as it teaches you the alternating transition between strides. Push with the rear leg and sink into the basic Telemark position. To straighten, push up on the front leg. As you pass through the high position take care that your weight is never on both feet at the same moment.
